Meet Dr. Jimmy
a proud Georgia native with deep roots in the metro Atlanta community. My journey into dentistry began at Georgia State University, where I completed my undergraduate studies, followed by dental school at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN. From early on, I knew I wanted to use dentistry as a way to connect with and advocate for children and their families.
That calling took me far from home to Brooklyn, NY, where I completed my specialty training in pediatric dentistry at One Brooklyn Health. It was a big change for this “Georgia boy,” but the experience was invaluable. I had the privilege of caring for children from a wide variety of backgrounds in a highly clinical, hospital-based setting — learning not just about pediatric dentistry, but about the power of connection and compassion.
After completing residency and spending a few (very cold!) years practicing in Michigan, I’m incredibly grateful to be back in Georgia, doing what I love most: helping kids smile with confidence. As a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist, I’m committed to the highest standard of care and continuing education in the field. My approach is simple — make it fun, make it personal, and make every child feel safe, seen, and celebrated. I have experience working with children of all ages, including those with special healthcare needs, and I’m passionate about creating positive dental experiences that kids will carry with them for life.
When I’m not in the office taking care of teeth, you’ll find me cheering on Atlanta sports teams, camping, building LEGO sets, playing video games, or spending time with family and friends.
