• Designing their Invisalign plan – Once approved, the next step is to begin creating your teen’s Invisalign treatment plan. Dr. Jimmy will take 3D scans of your child’s mouth, then work with Invisalign to develop a plan that will leave your teen with a straight smile and a healthy bite.
• Picking up Invisalign trays – A couple of weeks after their fitting, you and your teen will come in to pick up their Invisalign trays. Dr. Jimmy will give your teen instructions on how to wear their trays and when to switch to a new set. You need to make sure they follow these instructions closely!

• Daily Invisalign wear and checkups – Your teen needs to wear their Invisalign trays for 20-22 hours per day. They will usually switch to a new set of aligners every 1-2 weeks and see Dr. Jimmy for a checkup every 6-8 weeks.
  
  
• Final visits and retainers – Once your teen’s teeth are properly aligned, they’ll come in for a final visit at Pediatric Dental Studios. Dr. Jimmy will provide them with a set of retainers. You will need to make sure that your teen wears their retainers as directed; otherwise, their teeth may shift back toward their original positions.
